Open Arms Refugee is an organization started by 2 Eagle Scouts from Bay Area, California, Vallabh Himakunthala and Arnav Gupta. Both share a passion to support those refugees seeking assistance from all across the world. Throughout their scouting journey, they loved prepping dishes for their mates on camping and hiking events. All the fun experiences motivated them to teach others how to cook. Unfortunately, children stuck in refugee camps suffer immensely without proper food, nutrition, and basic cooking knowledge. Vallabh and Arnav opened this program to raise funds for cooking equipment and cooking coaches in Lesvos, Greece. Refugee children will be able to take care of themselves with your support.
